From now until the end of 2020, to keep benefiting from our unique worldwide network of groups, experts and policy-makers while travel restrictions remain, we have decided to organize a series of webinars, open exclusively to oriGIn members, to discuss some of the critical issues of the international GIs agenda.
The first webinar of this series will take place on 30 June, from 3 to 4.30 PM, CET and will focus on the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement. We will have the chance to hear the presentations of Ms. Alexandra Grazioli, who is in charge of the Geneva Act at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and Mr. Erik Thevenod-Mottet, responsible of GIs at the Swiss Intellectual Property Institute (IPI) – Switzerland is in the process of joining the Geneva Act. After the presentations, one hour will be devoted to questions and discussion.
