On 2 September, the European Parliamentary Research Service published an update on the EU-China stand-alone GIs Agreement.
We were glad to note that, as background information on EU concluded or ongoing talks on GI agreements (at the end of page 2 of the document), the European Parliamentary Research Service refers to the oriGIn study on Bilateral Agreements covering GIs (under negotiations, concluded and in force) between the EU and its trade partners. This shows once again the level of recognition reached by our organization in the field of GIs.
