On 17 February, the “Consorzio della Mozzarella di Bufala Campana”, with the support of oriGIn and the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), organised for the first time in Geneva the culinary show “le Strade della Mozzarella” (Mozzarella Roads).
During a day of workshops and show cooking, with the participation of Michelin-starred chefs, “le Strade della Mozzarella” allowed a large audience of participants (restaurateurs, distributors, journalists, diplomats, representatives of international and non-governmental organizations) to enjoy the Italian PDO “Mozzarella di Bufala Campana” in combination with other typical products of the Italian region Campania.
