From 21 to 24 August, oriGIn participated in the Second International Symposium on GIs organised in Fortaleza (Ceará, Brazil). The event was hosted by the “Associação dos Carcinicultores da Costa Negra” (ACCN), currently a member of oriGIn and beneficiary of the GI “Costa Negra” for high quality shrimps produced in this region. The program included a series of lectures, trainings and a field visit to the region “Costa Negra” to discover the production process.
