The Consorzio in charge of the PDO Parmigiano Reggiano reached this year an important milestone: it celebrates its 90th anniversary. Since its creation in 1934, the Consorzio has been dedicated to preserving and promoting the unique qualities of the iconic Italian cheese Parmigiano Reggiano.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, the Consorzio has organized a series of events and activities around the globe to honor the heritage of Parmigiano Reggiano and to promote its vision for the future, including a strong commitment to sustainability practices.
